This is a full-time on-site role for an Estate Surveyor at our Uyo office.
The Estate Surveyor will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks associated with property management, including landlord/tenant matters, lease administration, lease management, property valuation, and property management.
The Estate Surveyor will work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective property operations.
Qualifications
Experience in landlord/tenant matters, lease administration, and lease management
Strong knowledge of property management principles
Proficiency in property valuation
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Property Development, or related field
