• HND/B.Eng./B.Sc /M.Sc Chemical Engineer
• 10 years’ minimum work experience in a large-scale modern cement plant

Job Summary

• Able to assist with the monitoring of plant process lines and participate in troubleshooting to ensure plant operations are effectively executed and production targets are achieved.
• In-depth knowledge of cement technology and cement chemistry relevant to cement manufacturing.
• Skilled in efficient Process Control and RCA problem solving tools

Job Summary

• Skilled in operation and control of fully automated Vertical Roller Mill (VRM), 5-stage pre-calciner kiln from the Central Control Room
• Able to operate raw mills, kiln and cement mills to ensure production target are met including cement quality standards.
• Previous experience in Siemens Supervisory system would be an added advantage.
