    Engineering Manager, FTTX Project

    Responsibilities

    • End-to-end delivery of FTTX project, accountable for project schedule, quality, cost, materials, and final acceptance.
    • Team planning, formation, and management.
    • Maintain and expand client relationships to ensure continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • Extensive experience in FTTX and Home Connection project execution.
    • Experienced in team management.
    • Professional working proficiency in English.
    • Must be able to move to different regions for an extend time to manage clusters.

    Salary

    Commercial Manager / Head, Sales

    Key Responsibilities

    • Define, drive and oversee the execution of strategic plans by ensuring seamless cross-functional and (as applicable) cross-divisional collaborations.
    • Establish and manage effective strategic partnerships with OTTs, Global Carriers, Operators and ISPs for wholesale business.
    • Build new revenue streams and data wholesale business with Global carriers
    • Monitor market trends, sales, and network performance. Conduct regular reviews against plans and take corrective action as required.
    • Develop additional revenue sources through product and process innovation.

    Qualifications, Experience and Skill

    • University Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
    • MBA will be an added advantage
    • Minimum of 20 years’ of relevant experience in Telecom Industry, with at least 10 years’ experience in business development in Telecom Wholesale, Submarine cable and Enterprise business.
    • Excellent understanding of Telecom Industry and market trends
    • Proven track record in sales of Telecom products and solutions viz. IPLS, MPLS, ICT, VPN, Cloud, Roaming, Mobile, IDD, MVNO, Voice and Data solutions.
    • Good personal network within Telecom industry and corporate community
    • Strong business acumen with ability to drive business performance.

    Sales Account Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage existing Wholesale clients (Internet Service Providers, Telco’s, Global Carriers, OTT providers and Internet Data Centers) by building strong relationships through world class customer service.
    • Grow and retain clients through strategic structured conversations to identify connectivity, security, cloud and other needs of the clients.
    • Aggressively generate and pursue sales to develop new sources of revenue from wholesale/ISP customers to meet or exceed given targets
    • Manage all stages of the sales cycle including post-sales processes to ensure customers' requirements are met
    • Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted.

    Qualifications, Experience and Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Economic, Business Administration or related field.
    • Minimum of 8 years sales experience within Telecoms or IT Industry.
    • Relevant experience in wholesale/ carriers sales/ enterprise sales/ business development for a Telecoms/ IT Company.
    • Experience with management of complex sales cycle.

    Salary
    Negotiable.
