The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, your key responsibilities wili be to;

• Supervise the activities of site engineers on projects under your supervision
• Ensure that all projects are manapeo and oeliverea on time while following laid down procedures

The Person

• B.Sc. or HND in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 12 years' post qualification experience and must have worked on site lor a construction company for at least 7 years
• Must have supervised th~ construction of at least one to-storey building or Iwo projects valued at 18 Million Naira each as a site engineer for a reputable construction company
• Must have the capacity to manage site engineers on more than one project simultaneously

The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, your key responsibilities will include;

• Design Architectural work
• Quality Control activities on the project construction site, and
• Management of projects when the need arises

The Person

• M.Sc, Architecture
• Minimum of 10 years' post qualification experience
• Must have hands-on experience in both design work and supervisinq actual construction on-site
• Demonstrable creativity and a passion for quality
