    Email Marketer

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Email Marketer to join our real estate team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns that nurture leads, engage clients, and drive property sales.
    • This role requires a strong understanding of audience segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement email marketing strategies to promote real estate products and services.
    • Create engaging email content, including newsletters, promotional campaigns, and client follow-ups.
    • Build and manage email lists while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
    • Segment audiences to deliver targeted and personalized email campaigns.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align email campaigns with business goals.
    • Design and schedule automated email workflows for lead nurturing and customer retention.
    • Conduct A/B testing to improve email effectiveness.
    • Maintain brand consistency across all email communications.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 1–3 years experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
    • Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
    • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
    • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Experience in real estate marketing is an added advantage.

    Business Development Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executives to join our fast growing real estate team in Gbagada.
    • The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving property sales through both inside and field marketing activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
    • Promote and market the company’s real estate products and services.
    • Conduct property presentations and site inspections with prospective clients.
    • Generate leads through both office-based (inside) and field marketing activities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
