    Key Responsibilities
    Cashiering & Financial Transactions:

    • Receive payments in cash, POS, transfers, and cheques for animal feed sales.
    • Issue official receipts and maintain accurate daily sales and cash records.
    • Balance cash at the end of each shift and submit daily sales and cash reports to the Finance Department.
    • Ensure strict compliance with company cash handling policies and procedures.
    • Post the transactions on the system using accounting software.

    In-Door Sales & Customer Service:

    • Attend to walk-in customers professionally and provide accurate product information.
    • Promote and sell animal feed products, additives, and related items.
    • Prepare sales invoices and delivery notes for customer purchases.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat sales.

    Stock Handling & Control:

    • Monitor in-store stock levels and inform the supervisor of replenishment needs.
    • Ensure proper storage, handling, and display of animal feed products.
    • Participate in periodic stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.

    Documentation & Reporting:

    • Maintain proper documentation for all sales, cash, and customer transactions.
    • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.

    Compliance & Operational Support:

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
    • Support audit processes by providing required sales and cash documentation.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in cashiering and retail / in-door sales, preferably in animal feeds, agro-products, FMCG, or wholesale environments.
    • Strong numerical skills with proven experience in cash handling and reconciliation.
    • Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, POS systems and any accounting software.
    • High level of honesty, integrity, and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

    Boiler and Utility Technician

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and safety-conscious Boiler & Utility Technician to manage, maintain, and operate all boiler systems, steam generation equipment, and utility services within our slaughterhouse operations.
    • The role will focus on ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of boilers, steam systems, hot water generators, and other utilities that support production, processing, and hygiene standards.
    • Prior experience in industrial boilers, steam systems, and slaughterhouse or food processing environments is essential.

    Key Responsibilities
    Boiler Operations & Maintenance:

    • Operate and maintain boilers, steam generators, hot water systems, and related equipment.
    • Monitor boiler pressure, temperature, water levels, and fuel supply to ensure safe and efficient operation.
    • Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of boiler and auxiliary systems.
    • Troubleshoot faults in boilers, pumps, valves, and other steam-related equipment.

    Utility Systems Management:

    • Maintain and service utility systems including compressed air, water pumps, water treatment systems, and HVAC support systems.
    • Ensure reliable operation of utility systems critical for slaughterhouse processing, cleaning, and refrigeration support.
    • Perform preventive maintenance on utility equipment to minimize production downtime.

    Safety, Compliance & Documentation:

    • Adhere strictly to safety standards, HSE policies, and boiler operating regulations.
    • Ensure safe handling of fuel, steam systems, and pressurized equipment.
    • Maintain accurate logs of operations, maintenance schedules, and service records.
    • Support internal and external audits by providing operational and maintenance records.

    Spare Parts & Inventory Control:

    • Identify and raise requests for spare parts and consumables needed for boilers and utility equipment.
    • Ensure proper inventory control and timely availability of critical spares.
    • Support cost control initiatives through efficient use of fuel, water, and utilities.

    Coordination & Team Support:

    • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure continuous operations.
    • Provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior utility and boiler staff.
    • Assist in commissioning or installation of new boiler or utility equipment.

    Qualifications & Experience
    Education:

    • OND / HND / B. Engr in Mechanical Engineering, Boiler Technology, Thermodynamics, or related technical discipline.

    Experience & Skills:

    • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in industrial boiler operation and maintenance, preferably in slaughterhouse, poultry processing, FMCG, or food manufacturing environments.
    • Strong knowledge of boilers, steam generation, pressure vessels, pumps, valves, and utility systems.
    • Proven troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and fault-diagnosis skills.
    • Familiarity with HSE standards, boiler operating regulations, and steam safety protocols.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and safety awareness.
