• Professional Certification: Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) Certificate will be an added advantage.
• Skill, Abilities and Knowledge: Good understanding of Montessori principles. Deep understanding of child development and pedagogy, communication and collaboration skills, classroom management skills, observational skills, patience, empathy, warmth, etc.

• Academic Qualification: bachelor in education English or bachelor in art English or related courses
• Professional Certification: Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) Certificate will be an added advantage.
• Skill, Abilities and Knowledge: Good diction, strong command of spoken and written English, ability to teach grammar comprehension, creative writing, oral communication, effective use of teaching aids and technology, ability to differentiate lessons, etc.
