    E-Commerce Officer

    The ideal candidate must be analytical, proactive and result-oriented. In addition, he must be trustworthy and accountable.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for back-end website maintenance.
    • Responsible for website prices updating.
    • Responsible for website design.
    • Responsible for customer service via online chat, email and phone calls
    • Responsible for social media management.
    • Responsible for routine website evaluation.
    • Responsible for overseeing graphic design for website and social media channels.
    • Responsible for product description for brands on the SIMS website and Royal website.
    • Responsible for driving on/website sales.
    • Responsible for price and product update of 3rd party SIMS E-commerce shops, e.g GT Market hub, Jumia.

    Requirements/Qualification:

    Sales Administrator

    Role

    • Preparation and submission of PFI in response to RFQ 
    • LPO Confirmation /getting approval from ED CS and processing according to stipulated company policies
    • Send out LTR through branch accountant and follow up for approval
    • Follow-up with invoicing officer for invoice preparation and pass to warehouse for delivery
    • Liaise with warehouse for stock position and supply to branches for corporate transactions
    • Process inter branch and return to warehouse from branches
    • Processing invoices for all sales transactions
    • Support logistics with all information needed for smooth delivery of good to customers.
    • Ensure and monitor that all waybills are dully signed by customer and submitted to paying department through account
    • Keep track of piece meal supplies nationwide and coordinate till completion with reports.
    • Submission of monthly sales by account officer and acknowledged invoices and waybill to credit department
    • Filing all sales transaction documents.
    • Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
    • Communicating internally important feedback from customers.

    Required Experience / Qualifications

    • Minimum of HND / B.Sc. In Finance, Accounting or any other related field
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

    Graphic Designer

    Responsibilities

    • Creating images and designs using design software
    • Study design briefs and determine requirements
    • Formulate drafts, ideas, logos and other designs for promotions
    • Reviewing final layout and suggesting improvements if required
    • Design and implement strategic media plans that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives
    • Work with other creative team members and marketing team to produce content
    • Responsible for the way billing creative materials up-country
    • Responsible for the change of indoor and façade creative for the company
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, vendors etc

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a First Degree or HND in only Fine & Applied Arts.
    • A stint with an Advert or Marketing Communications Agency (not less than 3 years after NYSC).
    • Must have excellent communication skills.
    • Must be able to work under pressure, resourceful, confidential with a high level of professionalism.
    • Evident experience in UX/UI designer, Java Script, HTML/CSS, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision etc.
    • Must have proven experience in Graphic & Media communication & solutions.
    • Passionate about user-centered experience design
    • Previous experience in similar roles in the Media/ Electronic industry will be an added advantage.

    Salary
    N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
