‎‎Role Description

• The Pool Car Driver is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos.
• The individual in this position will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport team members, visitors, and materials between office locations, client sites, and other designated destinations.
• Day-to-day tasks include planning routes, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and conducting basic vehicle checks such as fuel, fluid levels, and tire condition.
• The Pool Car Driver will also follow all traffic and safety regulations, keep accurate trip logs, report any incidents or maintenance needs, and support office logistics when not driving.
• This role requires consistent professionalism, strong awareness of safety, and a commitment to service quality in all interactions.

‎‎Qualifications Requirements

• Minimum School Cert
• ‎‎Candidates should possess strong communication skills to provide clear updates, follow instructions, and interact professionally with colleagues and visitors.
• ‎Candidates should possess customer service and service quality skills to ensure courteous, reliable, and client-focused transport and support.
• ‎Candidates should possess automotive-related skills, including safe driving practices, basic vehicle inspection, and familiarity with local traffic regulations.
• ‎Candidates should possess training-related skills, such as willingness to learn company procedures, safety protocols, and route requirements.
• ‎Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and demonstrated experience driving in Lagos or similar urban environments.
• ‎Good knowledge of Lagos roads, traffic patterns, and common routes to commercial and industrial areas.
• ‎Ability to work flexible hours when needed, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends, depending on operational requirements.
• ‎Reliability, integrity, and adherence to company policies, including safety, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
