Job Responsibilties

• Safely and responsibly operate a vehicle to transport the staff or guests to and from designated locations in a timely manner.
• Maintain open and clear communication with the employer or designated point of contact regarding schedules, routes, and other related matters.
• Reportany noticed faults, breakdowns, or part defects in the vehicle immediately and follow up until repair or replacement is perfectly done.
• Daily monitoring of the vehicle condition and reporting any fault to Logistics Manager.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as adding oil or coolant.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, and brakes.
• Ensureassigned vehicle documents are valid, complete, and up to date always.
• Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained
• Anticipate and avoid potential hazards on the road, adjusting driving style as necessary to ensure maximum safety.
• Be alert and attentive to the needs of the passengers, providing assistance and support as required.
• Provide updates on traffic conditions or other relevant information that may affect the journey.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer's private information, conversations, and activities.
• Driving of variety of vehicles, including, cars, buses and trucks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure high availability and reliability
• Maintain service logs of daily activity to show proper documentation of system configurations, processes, network configuration changes and procedures to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Assist in the design, configure, management, maintain, troubleshooting and support servers, routers, switches and the entire network infrastructure, including firewalls and authentication mechanisms to ensure that only legitimate traffic reaches the servers.
• Install, configure and maintain operating systems, software applications and hardware components
• Maintain and optimise the health and efficiency of all AFL network edge device systems
• Facilitate purchase and tracking of IT equipment, software and licences
• Install and configure software and hardware tools required for proper network maintenance
• Design and implement secure network architectures for WAN by selecting the appropriate security measures such as firewalls, VPNs and intrusion detection systems to protect company’s data during transmission
• Configure routers, switches, Unified Threat Management (UTM) systems and other network devices to enforce security policies, access control, traffic filtering, and prevent unauthorized access and data breaches. To take charge of assessing the damage, isolating affecting parts of the network and initiating a recovery process in the event of a breach.
• Evaluate and recommend WAN products to improve network performance.

Requirements
