Digital Marketer at Fina Trust Microfinance

About the Role

• We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer to transform our digital platforms into powerful channels for customer acquisition, product sales and revenue growth.
• The ideal candidate will combine creativity, digital expertise and a strong sales mindset to drive measurable business results across the Bank’s digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive leads, customer acquisition and sales.
• Manage and grow the Bank’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, WhatsApp and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and optimise paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google and other advertising platforms.
• Develop engaging content promoting the Bank’s loans, savings, SME financing, asset finance and other products.
• Manage digital leads and work with Sales/Branch teams to convert leads into customers.
• Drive website traffic, SEO, online enquiries and digital conversions.
• Monitor digital performance, customer behaviour and campaign ROI.
• Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, customer acquisition cost, digital sales and campaign performance.
• Identify emerging digital trends and innovative opportunities to increase the Bank’s market reach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field with 5 – 10 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in banking, microfinance, fintech or financial services.
• Proven experience in digital advertising, social media management, lead generation and campaign optimisation.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO and digital analytics.
• Excellent content creation, communication and analytical skills.
• Strong sales and commercial orientation with a track record of delivering measurable results.
• Knowledge of financial products and the microfinance sector is an advantage.

• This is more than a social media role.
• You will be responsible for converting the Bank’s digital visibility into: Digital Reach → Leads → Customers → Product Sales → Revenue.
