Role Summary:

• Support the preparation and the implementation of the Digital premium payment and SMS communication with Farmers:

KEYS RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ASSIGNED

• Perform regular administrative update of the project
• Centralized Farmers Phone number collection and perform cross analysis with operators database; 
• Prepare data for sms communication with Farmers, LBAs and other third parties, analyze and share feedback for continuous improvement process.
• Prepare data for digital premium payment analyzed and share feedback for continuous improvement process.
• Participate in other sustainability projects

KPI’s (to use during the evaluation):

• Effective reporting of the project status on weekly and monthly basis
• Farmers and other third parties phone number database updated on monthly basis
• Effective SMS communication and Digital payment
• Effective feedback received from both SMS and Digital Payment and Action plan in place for continuous improvement;
• Action plan implementation

Job Description

• The interns will support our daily operations.
• They will help support customers, collect data, perform administrative duties, help improve our footprint in the market amongst others and whilst also receiving best in class training from the Gourmet Team
• The Sales Support Intern will be a combination of sales planning, administrative support, pricing support and account support. In addition, the primary responsibilities are to support the Sales Manager with the reporting, customer pricing quotations, FM contracts, business review preparation and updating of the Salesforce Systems.
• The Sales Promoter is responsible for promoting product range (all brands) by calling on chefs, bakers, confectioners and distributors - both current customers and prospects, familiarizing them with available products.
