• The ideal candidate will be responsible for our linux system adminstration and DevOps processes. You will automate everything and advocate for automation in the company. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure for new micro-services
• Make sure our internal tools and services are up to the task and provide the best possible developer experience
• Development of our tools and improving systems and server setups to guarantee stability and security
• Enhancement of our terraform codebase and infrastructure pipeline to support rapid feature delivery
• Monitoring and upgrading our systems and server setups to guarantee stability and security
• Mentor junior team members

Qualifications

• Orchestration experience. You have extensive experience with Kubernetes. Familiarity with Helm is a plus.
• Linux Administration experience. You have extensive experience with Linux and can find your way around bash to do practically anything
• Containerization experience. You have extensive experience with Docker.
• CI/CD Expert. Building CI/CD pipelines is a piece of cake for you. Ideally, you also have experience with CircleCI and Github Actions.
• Infrastructure as Code Pro. You are proficient in IaC and GitOps.
• Cloud know-how. You have experience with Google Cloud Platform or AWS.
• Scripting experience. Familiarity with Python or Shell scripting is a BIG plus.
• Security advocate. You are knowledgeable about security best practices and can make the topic understandable to various stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset. Your curiosity and resourcefulness help us to thrive. You’re driven to automate and to remove legacy in favor of modern best-practices.
• Language skills. You have excellent written and spoken English.

• Your diverse field of activity covers the entire process of software development, from the design of solutions to programming and (automatic and manual) testing of your implementations.

Requirements

• Practical experience working as a full-stack engineer
• Practical experience in software design and development
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of ExtJS (major requirement)
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of JavaScript (major requirement)
• SQL knowledge desirable
• High willingness to learn, creativity, reliability and a sense of duty
• Solution- and team-oriented way of working.
