Job Summary

• An Education, Human Resources and Management firm is currently seeking qualified and experienced applicant to fill the role of DevOps / Azure / Networking Engineer for one of our clients in the I.T industry.

Major Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues.
• Design, implement, and manage scalable DevOps pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and system configurations using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security across systems and services.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to support application lifecycle management.
• Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.
• Implement best practices in DevOps, cloud computing, and networking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in DevOps engineering and Azure cloud services.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Strong knowledge of Azure resources (VMs, Azure DevOps, AKS, App Services, Azure Storage, etc.).
• Solid experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs).
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management.

Major Responsibilities

• Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage a team of finance professionals.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws applicable to the oil & gas industry.
• Supervise accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, and banking activities.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Provide financial insight and analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Implement and maintain internal control systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or M.Sc. is an added advantage).
• ICAN, ACCA or equivalent professional certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a senior financial role within the oil & gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Sage).
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
