    Data Analytic & Reporting Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Procurement Data Analytics and Reporting Officer is responsible for leveraging data to provide actionable insights into procurement processes and performance. This role involves analyzing procurement data, developing reports, and creating dashboards to support strategic decision-making. The Specialist collaborates with procurement teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to enhance data-driven decision capabilities within the procurement function.

    Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

    • Collect, clean, and analyze procurement data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
    • Utilize statistical methods to extract meaningful insights from procurement-related datasets.
    • Design and implement reporting systems tailored to the needs of the procurement function.
    • Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards to present complex procurement data in a clear and accessible manner.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and ensure dashboards align with strategic objectives.
    • Implement and maintain data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of procurement data.
    • Conduct regular audits and resolve data discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
    • Work closely with procurement teams, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders to understand data requirements.
    • Communicate data-driven insights to support decision-making at various levels within the procurement function.
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains in procurement data management and reporting.

    Qualifications / Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • 0 - 5 years work experience.

    Skills:

    • Proven experience in data analytics, reporting, and visualization, with a focus on procurement data.
    • Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages
    • Strong understanding of procurement processes and key performance indicators

    Procurement Contract Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Procurement Contract Officer plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle for the procurement unit.
    • This position involves developing, administering contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards, and fostering strong relationships with suppliers.
    • The goal is to optimize contractual terms, mitigate risks, and contribute to the overall success of procurement initiatives.

    Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

    • Develop, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring they align with organizational goals and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closeout, including drafting, execution, amendments, and termination.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and legal teams to negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers.
    • Ensure that contracts reflect the best interests of the organization in terms of cost, quality, and risk management.
    • Monitor and enforce compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and performance metrics.
    • Identify and mitigate contractual risks, providing recommendations for risk reduction strategies.
    • Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations affecting contracts and procurement activities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to facilitate effective contract administration.
    • Address and resolve contractual issues, disputes, and performance discrepancies in collaboration with key stakeholders.
    • Implement and enhance contract management processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Conduct periodic reviews of existing contracts to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field
    • Proven experience in contract management, procurement, or a related field.
    • Understanding of contract law, negotiations, and risk management.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across various departments
