Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain data.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing.
• Produce and track key performance indicators/heads/cost tkts, etc.
• Develop and support reporting processes.
• Monitor and filter/clean data, interpret result data.
• Liaise with national and India clients to fully understand data content & prepare arrange accordingly.
• Gather, understand, and document detailed business requirements using MS Word, Excel, PP, etc.
• Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualisations.
• Mine and analyse large datasets, draw valid inferences, and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND.
• 3 - 8 years of related experience
• Prior wwork experience as a data analyst
• Ability to analyse existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage an estate - which may include a mixture of commercial or residential buildings.
• Manage contractors employed for a specific purpose, such as building services engineers.
• Organise repairs and maintenance.
• Project-manage buildings and renovations.
• Plan, commission and manage the work of contractors.
• Carry out financial planning for a project and control the budget.
• Redevelop a site, possibly for preparation for a different use.
• Deal with contracts for various aspects of the estate.
• Oversee the development of the estate, to make sure it's being effectively run to meet the estate's objectives.
• Keep up to date with legislation and regulations that affect the estate.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Engineering.
• 8 - 15 years years of related experience.
• Prior experience managing estates of expatriate is a great plus.
