Job Summary

• We are looking for a Customer Support & Operations Lead to oversee our customer support function and drive operational efficiency across the company. This is a dual-role position ideal for a results-driven professional who is passionate about customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• As the Customer Support & Operations Lead, you will lead a team of support agents, manage cross-functional workflows, and contribute directly to the growth and success of our fintech products.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support Leadership

• Lead and supervise a team of customer support agents.
• Ensure timely, empathetic, and effective resolution of customer issues via email, phone, live chat, and social media.
• Track and improve KPIs such as CSAT, NPS, response/resolution time.
• Handle complex customer escalations and ensure feedback is looped to internal teams.

Operations Oversight

• Coordinate day-to-day internal operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Tech, and Finance teams to streamline business processes.
• Analyze support and operational data to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Manage and optimize customer service tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom) and internal SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a customer support or operations role; 2+ years in a supervisory/leadership position.
• Previous experience in a fintech, tech startup, or high-growth digital company preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Job Summary:

• As an Account Reconciliation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our financial data. You will be responsible for reconciling transaction records from various digital payment channels, identifying anomalies, and ensuring all discrepancies are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This role is key to ensuring a seamless and trustworthy digital payment experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly digital payment transactions across multiple banking platforms, including POS, mobile banking, online transfers, and card payments.
• Monitor settlement reports from payment processors, switches, and partner institutions to ensure alignment with internal records.
• Investigate and resolve transaction mismatches, chargebacks, and failed settlements in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Provide timely escalation and resolution of reconciliation issues to minimize customer impact and financial risk.
• Support the Finance and Risk teams in month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Prepare detailed reconciliation reports, dashboards, and trend analyses for management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Identify gaps in the reconciliation process and recommend automation or process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in account reconciliation, preferably in a financial services or digital banking environment.
• Strong understanding of electronic payment systems, banking operations, and settlement processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with reconciliation or ERP tools (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Finacle).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage high transaction volumes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) is an added advantage.
• Experience with financial technology or payment gateway platforms is a plus.
