    Customer Service Officer

    Role Overview

    Company Driver

    Position Summary:

    • The organization seeks to employ a disciplined, professional, and experienced Corporate Driver to provide safe, efficient, and reliable transportation services. The successful candidate will support official operations by transporting staff, documents, and materials, while ensuring proper care and maintenance of assigned vehicles.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide safe and timely transportation for management, staff, and authorized visitors
    • Deliver and collect official documents, parcels, and office supplies as directed
    • Ensure strict compliance with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies
    • Maintain assigned vehicle in a clean, roadworthy, and presentable condition at all times
    • Conduct routine vehicle checks, including fuel level, oil, water, brakes, and tires
    • Promptly report mechanical issues, accidents, or necessary repairs to management
    • Keep accurate records of daily movements, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance
    • Assist with general office errands and logistical support when required

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    • Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification
    • Valid Nigerian driver’s license with a clean driving record
    • Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience as an office or corporate driver
    • Good knowledge of Lagos roads, particularly Ile-Eros and its environs
    • Ability to read road signs and follow written or verbal instructions
    • High level of integrity, punctuality, and reliability
    • Physically fit and able to work flexible hours when required
