    Customer Experience Officer

    About the Role

    • We're looking for a warm, sharp, and reliable Customer Exprience Officer to be the face of DreamPOD.
    • You'll be the first and last impression every guest has of us, so we need someone who genuinely enjoys people and pays attention to detail.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
    • Take and deliver orders accurately and promptly
    • Handle POS transactions and balance the till at the end of shift
    • Log daily sales correctly
    • Gather feedback from guests and flag concerns to management
    • Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND is an advantage
    • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not compulsory
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Comfortable handling cash and POS systems
    • Punctual, honest, and able to stay composed under pressure.

    Social Media Manager / Content Lead

    About the Role

    • We need a Social Media Manager / Content Lead who can tell DreamPOD's story online in a way that feels real, not staged.
    • You'll own our content calendar, create engaging posts, and grow our online community, while working closely with our team onsite to capture authentic moments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and manage a content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
    • Shoot and edit photos/videos onsite (minimum 2–3 visits per week)
    • Write engaging captions that reflect DreamPOD's voice
    • Respond to comments and DMs in a timely, on-brand manner
    • Track what content drives real engagement and foot traffic, not just likes
    • Work with management on campaigns and promotions

    Requirements

    • 1–3 years experience managing social media for a brand or business
    • Strong photography/videography and basic editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
    • A good eye for aesthetics and storytelling
    • Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
    • Experience in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
