Job Description

• Greet clients to the office and communicate with them to determine their purpose for the visit.
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
• Meet personal/sales targets and call handling quotas.
• Act as the company gatekeeper.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers.
• Respond to inquiries regarding available properties and property prices in different areas.
• Schedule appointments between clients based on the availability and convenience.
• Perform follow-up duties to ensure that all meetings are successfully carried out.
• Assist clients in filling out client personal information forms and ensure that all such documents are confidentially filed.
• Provide support in creating informational documents such as brochures and flyers to attract new clients.
• Provided support in clients and managing meetings by taking and recording minutes.

Requirements

• BA / B.Sc / HND or relevant qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Applicant should be a female
• Applicant must reside in Uyo/ Akwa-Ibom.
• Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Knowledge of MS Office programs is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work on weekends (Saturdays).

Responsibilities

• Driving the company pool cars for Sales team presentations.
• Driving the company pool cars for Site inspections.
• Driving the company pool cars for Allocation.
• Driving the Managing Director occasionally.
• Attending to other staff driving request.
• Any other task that may be assign by the Management.
• Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders.
• Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues.

Requirements and skills

• An SSCE / OND.
• Proven experience of 2 or more years as a Driver is required.
• Should possess a valid driver’s license.
• Should have good knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods around Uyo.
• A polite and professional disposition is a necessary requirement.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations especially during peak periods.
• Should be resident in Uyo, Akwa-Ibom State.
