 The candidate must have;

• Experience in operating Audio Visual equipment.
• Practical experience in handling various telephone systems
• Take full ownership of the guest relations operations and daily prepares the work schedule of the team.
• Manage staffing requirements for the front of house team within the facility (Receptionists, Meeting Room Attendants and Switchboard & Helpdesk)
• Carry out daily inspection of the floors, report all issues to the Facility Management team.
• Assist the Facility Manager to supervise and coordinate.
• Investigate all Front of House incidents, complete report and liaise with relevant parties when necessary.
• Work within GOWS (Global Office Workplace standards) and support of agile working.
• 2-4 years experience in similar role.

Pay is N150,000 monthly gross

The candidate must;

• Have excellent knowledge of the procurement processes, platforms and policies.
• Be conversant with sourcing process, including negotiation & contract placements.
• Understand financial evaluation and interpretation of supplier’s records.
• Have experience in Project Management (emphasis on category and sourcing strategies at end market level.
• Have sound knowledge of corporate regulations and local legislation.
• Be able to run a structured tender exercise for products and services.
• Proficient in conducting successful supplier negotiations with third party companies.
• Possess strong negotiation skills that will support the successful delivery of supply solutions (preferably in the facilities management space)
• 4-7 years experience in procurement & sourcing

Pay is N300,000 – N400,000 monthly gross (negotiable)
