Credit Sales Officer at Flexi Microfinance Bank (Flexi MFB)

Job Description

• FLEXI Microfinance Bank is seeking a result-driven and proactive Credit Sales Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new clients, promoting loan products, and driving loan portfolio growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new loan customers through field marketing and referrals.
• Promote and sell the bank’s loan products to individuals and businesses.
• Conduct credit assessments and ensure proper documentation of loan applications.
• Follow up on loan disbursements and repayments.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with the bank’s credit policies and procedures.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking or microfinance.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of the local market and business environment.
