    Creative Director

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the storytelling, creative direction and vision for all project documentaries, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand identity.
    • Ensure the production of high-quality creative work that enhances the reputation of the Al-Treuhand brand.
    • Develop compelling narratives that communicate the impact of constructionand architectural projects and their value to our clients.
    • Manage the entire video production process, from concept development to post-production (e.g., motion graphics, color grading, animations).
    • Create, direct, and edit high-quality videos, including promotional materials, client project documentaries, and social media content.
    • Oversee multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align video content with marketing and business goals.
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing and design team to translate complex concepts and ideas into compelling visual content that resonates with our target audience.
    • Oversee the development of creative assets, including digital materials, website content, social media posts, video scripts, and more, ensuring high-quality and consistency across all channels.
    • Collaborate closely with copywriters, project managers, and other departments to ensure cohesive storytelling across visuals and content.
    • Review and approve all visual assets, including layouts, graphics, and other creative elements, before final production.
    • Coordinate with external vendors, such as photographers, illustrators, and production companies, as needed.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
    • Stay up-to-date on design trends, software, and industry innovations to continuously bring fresh ideas to the team.
    • Present creative concepts and finished projects to clients and stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
    • Ensure the highest standards in video editing, including visual quality, sound design, and storytelling coherence.
    • Maintain compliance with copyright regulations by securing rights for video, images, and soundtracks.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field with 3-5 years experience.
    • Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar senior design role, with a portfolio that showcases creative and visually impactful work.
    • Strong knowledge of design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design) and other visual tools.
    • Excellent leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage and inspire creative teams.
    • A keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of color, typography, layout, and composition.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and feedback.
    • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
    • Demonstrated experience managing video content for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
    • Knowledge of Architectural and interior design, construction or real estate industry is an added advantage.

    Preferred candidate core skill and competency requirement:

    • Storytelling: Ability to develop and execute compelling storytelling that resonate with audiences, leading end-to-end video production from idealization through to final editing, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
    • Creative Thinking: Ability to pitch and execute creative ideas that align with platform trends and brand objectives.
    • Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram, with a proven track record in video publishing and audience engagement.
    • Video Editing Expertise: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with knowledge of post-production tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
    • Project & Time Management: Capable of managing multiple briefs and deadlines while maintaining a consistent video release schedule.
    • Analytics & Insights: Skilled in interpreting video performance analytics and leveraging data to optimize content and distribution strategies.
    • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with teams and clients, ensuring clear alignment and smooth workflows.
    • Organization & Attention to Detail: Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail in editing, metadata optimization, and copyright compliance.
    • Passion & Energy: Enthusiastic and motivated with a passion for creating engaging video content and growing a strong presence across YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

    Quantity Surveyor (QS) / Site Operations Manager

    Job Description

    • Prepare Bill of Quantities and cost Estimates from drawings and specifications
    • Maintains records and tracks changes in Bill of Quantities and other measurements according to the approved technical drawings during Project execution.
    • Measure and value work done, revise forecast as required
    • Prepare tender and contract documents, evaluate bids, and participate in negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
    • Ensure procurement processes are conducted in line with company policies and regulations.
    • Monitor and control project costs, identifying and addressing any deviations from the budget. Implement cost-saving measures and strategies to optimize resource utilization.
    • Develop project schedules and timelines, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of minor projects.
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines and budgets.
    • Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards, adhering to industry regulations and company policies.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality of work done.
    • Review and verify claims submitted by Vendors / Subcontractors
    • Send Monthly progress reports for quantities and cost of materials purchased for each project to the MD.
    • Follow up and implement any change made in the cost of materials used for projects based on the BOQ.
    • Communicating regularly with clients and team members to provide progress updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
    • Monitoring progress and take corrective actions as necessary and do all other functions as may be assigned by your line managers.
    • Record all up-to-date information related to each project.
    • Perform special duties as assigned by the MD.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related course.
    • Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience as a QS in relevant field is an added advantage.
    • Must be NIQS (Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors) Certified
    • Must be a member of QSRBN (Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria)
    • PMP / PRINCE II certification is an added advantage.
    • Knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations is needed.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent decision-making and strategic thinking skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Preferred Candidate:

    • Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
    • Having an understanding of architectural design and experience in the construction industry is a plus.
