Job Purpose and Objectives

To create and manage the creation of engaging and impactful visual/audiovisual concepts according to requirements that capture and promote the company’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and concepts.
• Use various techniques to create drafts, models and prototypes.
• Produce final design solutions (such as logos, key visuals, interfaces, videos, social media assets, product packaging etc.).
• Pitch creative ideas, when necessary.
• Work independently/interdependently with other internal/external stakeholders in proposing creative strategies where necessary.
• Collaborate with brand managers to launch projects.
• Collaborate with the Digital Specialist to create special holidays adverts, and other social media content as necessary.
• Use feedback from brand team to improve on design task

Job Requirements

Education

B.Sc/BA from a reputable institution.

Experience

• At least 8 years of experience as a Creative designer
• Experience with design software and graphics editing tools (e.g. Photoshop, illustrator, Adobe After effects, Adobe premiere pro, Adobe Dimension, Adobe Animate, Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD), minimal 3D Software ability will be an advantage.

Knowledge & skills

• Familiarity with design techniques
• Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts)
• Knowledge of video and sound editing

JOB OBJECTIVES

To create and manage content for PNG brands across multiple digital platforms through the creation of engaging and impactful campaigns & content according to requirements that capture and promote the company’s vision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, create and implement our social media strategies across brands
• Content management across multiple social media platforms including but not
• limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
• Identify insights and social media trends of campaigns through data analytics
• Use data to inform campaigns and social media posts across social media accounts.
• Liaise with external stakeholders such as digital agencies, media agencies, influencers etc.
• Pitch content/creative ideas, when necessary.
• Monitor, engage and grow our online communities through best-practice
• community management.
• Collaborate with brand managers to launch projects.
• Monitor and analyze competitor social media communities and social channels
• Manage projects adhering to the social media strategy and overall digital marketing strategy
• Monitor and uphold brand consistency, customer engagement and increase brand awareness across executions.

EDUCATION

B.Sc/BA from a reputable institution

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 3 years experience in social media marketing
• Good copy writing skills for digital-first content
• Thorough understanding of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube)
• Experience with social/digital media management tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics), minimal creative design ability on Canva will be an advantage

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Understanding of digital platforms best practices and technicalities
• Knowledge of copywriting and community management
• Familiarity with media promotion and reporting on digital platforms.
