    Corporate Communications Officer

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a highly articulate, strategic Corporate Communications Officer to manage the institutional voice, brand reputation, and stakeholder engagement of our Academy.
    • You will serve as the editorial gatekeeper, crafting key messaging for parents, alumni, board members, and the media, while ensuring our core values are consistently reflected in all corporate communications.

    ​Key Responsibilities

    • ​Develop and execute a comprehensive annual institutional communications plan.
    • ​Craft, edit, and clear all high-level correspondence, executive briefs, parent newsletters, and academic policy updates.
    • ​Manage public relations, draft press releases, and proactively navigate crisis communications to protect the academy’s reputation.
    • ​Provide strict editorial oversight for all text on the school website, enrollment brochures, and marketing collateral.
    • ​Collaborate with school leadership to streamline internal communications and ensure staff alignment.

    ​Requirements

    • ​Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, International Relations, English, or a related discipline.
    • 3 – 5 years in a corporate communications or PR role, with a strong preference for experience in a structured corporate environment or premium educational institution.
    • ​Flawless written and verbal English; deep editing acumen; absolute discretion and emotional intelligence; capability to manage sensitive communications under pressure.
    • ​A deep understanding of and respect for communicating effectively within a faith-based, co-educational learning community.

    School Media Officer

    About the Role

    • ​Are you a highly creative visual storyteller who lives and breathes digital media?
    • We are seeking an energetic School Media Officer to capture the vibrant daily life, achievements, and events at the school.
    • In this role, you will lead our digital presence, transforming everyday school activities into captivating visual assets that engage parents and attract prospective families.

    Key Responsibilities

    • ​Plan, shoot, and professionally edit high-definition photographs, short-form video reels, and promotional multimedia assets.
    • ​Manage, curate, and aggressively grow the school's social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and website media gallery.
    • ​Design visually striking digital posters, flyers, event programs, and enrollment banners adhering strictly to the school’s visual brand guide.
    • ​Provide dynamic, real-time multimedia coverage for assemblies, sporting events, academic competitions, and excursions.
    • ​Monitor online communities, managing comments and messages with standard-setting courtesy and professionalism.

    ​Required Profile & Competencies

    • ​Education: Degree or professional certification in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Cinematography, Fine Arts, or a related field.
    • ​Portfolio: A verifiable portfolio showcasing exceptional photography, creative videography/reels, and clean graphic design work.
    • ​Technical Skills: Expert proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, stabilization gear, and editing suites (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or Canva Pro).
    • ​Traits: Agile and capable of fast content turnaround; exceptional interpersonal skills to confidently direct and film students, teachers, and parents alike.
