Take your contract management career to the next level! We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to ensure contractors operate in line with contract terms, drive compliance, and support operational excellence in production services.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and amend Service Entries & Requests in SAP for contract services
• Liaise with contractors daily to resolve purchase order or invoice issues
• Monitor contract performance, spend, payments, and expiration dates
• Maintain accurate records of agreements, POs, and compliance documentation
• Support Accounts Payable and ensure adherence to procurement and financial processes
• Facilitate safe work practices and compliance with SHE standards
• Identify performance improvement opportunities and assist with contract risk management

Skills & Qualifications

• 7–10 years’ experience in contract administration, preferably with service contractors
• SAP and computerized maintenance management tools experience
• Field/industrial environment exposure, including remote locations
• Strong analytical, reporting, and budgetary skills
• Safety leadership knowledge and certifications
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate independently in a multi-cultural environment

• Join our team to lead instrumentation and control system commissioning and ensure safety, reliability, and performance across upstream projects.
• This role oversees pre-commissioning, design reviews, testing, and execution — supporting cost efficiency and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and oversee all instrumentation commissioning and testing activities.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables — P&IDs, loop drawings, datasheets, and material specs.
• Coordinate with vendors, engineers, and project teams to ensure compliance with design standards.
• Participate in HAZOP/LOPA reviews and ensure control system integrity.
• Manage acceptance testing, progress reporting, and schedule execution.

Qualifications

• Advanced Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
• Proven experience in instrumentation and controls for oil and gas or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of design codes, safety criteria, and control system architectures.
• Skilled in SAP, Excel Analytics, and data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
