Content Creator & Social Media Manager at Mosaic Homes

Position Overview

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing the company’s social media platforms, and promoting our real estate products to attract and convert potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and high-quality content for all social media platforms
• Manage and grow the company’s social media pages
• Develop and implement content strategies and campaigns
• Promote company properties and services through digital platforms
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly
• Monitor social media performance and provide reports
• Stay updated with social media trends and apply them to the business.

Requirements

• Preferably female
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Content Creator and/or Social Media Manager
• Experience working with a real estate company will be highly considered
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Ability to create high-quality content (videos, graphics, captions, reels)
• Good understanding of digital marketing and online advertising
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Creative, proactive, and result-oriented
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
