    Construction Coordinator III

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • The Construction Coordinator responsible for construction planning, coordinates construction input and communicates with Construction management. Establishes the Construction Planning Program (CPP) & seek alignment of the planning scope with the Construction Advisor & subsequently with the Construction Support Manager. Manages assigned projects and the implementation contractors involved to ensure that the projects deliverables are completed for RFI, meet the quality requirements and schedule, and delivered to project requirements.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • In addition to all of the Level 1 and 2 tasks, a Level 3 Construction Coordinator will:
    • Able to identify issues, problems and opportunities; make timely decisions; develop appropriate and innovative solutions and ask for assistance if required.
    • Able to work on multiple projects of various size and complexity.
    • Able to work effectively in small to large multi-disciplinary teams, and share and transfer knowledge within teams and stake holders.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • BS/MS in Engineering
    • Good coordination & interface capabilities
    • Previous experience in a closely related position and / or project experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to convey information and ideas to individuals and groups, and make presentations when required.

    Instrument Maintenance Technician I

    • We are seeking a skilled Instrument Maintenance Technician to support safe and efficient offshore operations through effective installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrument and control systems.

    Main Functions:

    • Responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting instrument equipment in compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of instrument and control systems
    • Ensure compliance with HSE standards, Permit to Work (PTW), and company procedures
    • Support operations, engineering, and projects teams to ensure equipment reliability
    • Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues in a timely manner
    • Participate in inspections, new installations, and system upgrades
    • Support Management of Change (MOC) processes for control-related equipment
    • Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation
    • Act as standby support for Instrument Lead when required

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of Secondary School Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent
    • Technical training in instrumentation/controls is an advantage
    • Experience in instrument maintenance within oil & gas processing or offshore environments
    • Familiarity with HSE standards and permit-to-work systems
    • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
    • Safety-focused with high attention to detail

    Contracting Management Advisor II

    • We are seeking a senior contracting professional to provide strategic leadership in contract planning, development, and administration across major projects.

    Main Functions:

    • The role provides technical leadership in contracting and materials management, ensuring alignment of project objectives with effective contracting strategies, governance, and execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and support contracting and materials management strategies aligned with project goals
    • Lead contractor pre-qualification, bid slate development, and evaluation processes
    • Support contract award recommendations and commercial decision-making
    • Oversee complex contract administration, including claims and incentive management
    • Mentor and develop contracting/EPC professionals and support training initiatives
    • Engage stakeholders and contractors to strengthen relationships and resolve key issues
    • Contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learned integration

    Requirements:

    • Strong experience in Contracts Engineering, Administration, or Materials Management
    • Proven project leadership experience on major projects
    • Strong commercial negotiation and contractor management skills
    • Engineering degree preferred
    • Knowledge of contracting principles and governance frameworks
    • Willingness to travel or relocate for assignments

    Contracts Advisor III

    • We are seeking a highly experienced Contracts Advisor to support and lead project contracting activities across the full lifecycle, from early strategy development through FEED/EPC execution and contract close-out.

    Main Functions

    • The role involves driving contracting strategy, managing commercial processes, and ensuring effective contract development, execution, and administration. The Contracts Advisor will work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure contractual integrity, compliance, and value delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement contracting strategies, plans, and ITT packages aligned with project objectives
    • Manage contractor qualification, bid evaluation, and award recommendations
    • Lead or support commercial negotiations and finalization of contract terms
    • Ensure proper contract documentation, approvals, and functional endorsements
    • Oversee contract administration, including change control, invoicing, and compliance monitoring
    • Coordinate subcontracting activities and ensure alignment with company requirements
    • Manage contract correspondence, documentation systems, and master registers
    • Track contractor performance and support continuous improvement through lessons learned
    • Lead contract close-out activities and settlement of outstanding obligations

    Requirements:

    • Strong background in Contracts Engineering / Administration (preferred)
    • Proven experience in commercial negotiations, contractor management, and contract administration
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred
    • Solid understanding of project execution and contracting principles
    • Willingness to travel or relocate for project assignments
    • Professional certifications such as ISM (CPSM/CPM), APICS, or PMP will be an advantage
