- Overseeing daily operations, staff performance management, KPI administration, ensuring compliance with educational standards.
- Implement curriculum
- Support Teachers
- Implement professional development programs that enhance teaching practices, and control on school assets.
Expected Skills
- Interpersonal relationship skill.
- Leadership skill.
- Emotional inteligence, you must be child friendly.
- Eloquent speaking skill (Diction).
- Cursive or Nelson handwriting.
- Good personality, pleasant personality, good dress sense and good look.
