Responsibilities

• Ensure a clean work environment/ambience at all times and escalate issues appropriately
• Refill supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels
• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Assist staff with purchases.

Salary
N80,000 per month.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
• Conduct routine patrols of buildings and premises to detect and respond to suspicious behavior or breaches.
• Ensure compliance with all company security policies and procedures.
• Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Report any security incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences to the appropriate authorities.
• Check and verify staff IDs, visitor tags, and gate passes.
• Assist in emergency situations including fire, evacuation, or medical incidents.
• Maintain logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities.
• Support access control protocols for both physical and digital assets.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall safety and emergency preparedness.

Salary
N80,000 Monthly.
