Job Summary

The role owner will be responsible for monitoring the growth of the city and ensuring the efficient operation of the city he/she handles. He/she will have a primary responsibility for providing leadership in driving sales with an emphasis on increasing retention and dependency of existing customers; increasing the client base and monitoring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the relationship with a designated key account, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor stock levels at the store and the company's inventory, and ensure restocking as needed.
• Work with internal stakeholders, such as logistics and supply, to ensure products are always available and meet customer demand.
• Collaborate with a team of merchandisers to receive real-time information and make informed decisions.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and maximize profits for the key account.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective sales plans.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends for the key account.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with the key account to meet both parties' needs and expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the key account, including regular face-to-face meetings and communication.

Requirements

• Successful experience in a managerial role with a team of not less than 10. 
• 6+ years in leadership roles driving and implementing revenue growth and successful experience building and managing exceptional sales and customer service teams 
• Inspirational Leadership style and hands-on approach
• Demonstrated ability in all aspects of leadership, including motivation.
• Successful experience in using data analytics to monitor and evaluate sales teams against stated expectations, in addition to aligning and changing behavior with performance expectations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and public speaking skills
• Experience working with multiple office locations as well as at home agents

Job Summary

• We are looking for talented and qualified IT support personnel to join our team.
• You will be responsible for a smooth operation of computer systems and ensure all users get maximum benefits from them.
• You will troubleshoot, install and configure computer hardware and provide IT support for the organization and deal directly with employees who have any technical issues .

Responsibilities

• Install and configure hardware and software components.
• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software.
• Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically.
• Log bugs and enhancement requests.
• Provide introductory on-line & classroom training for company products where required.
• Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company.
• Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
• Collaborate with team members to assist in IT infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
• Monitor and maintain network performance and proactively identify potential issues, taking corrective actions to prevent disruptions.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Develop and follow  diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
• Administer and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various systems and platforms
• Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.
• Ensure all open logs are closed within the stipulated time.
• Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time.
• Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as vendors.
• Test and evaluate new technology.
• Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or related field, 
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Proficient with Google and Microsoft office tools.
• Experience with CCTV and Access control systems.
• Familiarity with Service Desk Solutions especially Zohodesk.
• Familiarity with MDM, Firewall and Identity Management System.
• Experience troubleshooting systems (hardware and software).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent reporting and documentation skills.
• In depth knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11,  Mac OS, Chrome OS and  Linux.
