Job Description

• We are seeking a Chinese Translator who is experienced in translating both text and spoken conversations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate translation of documents and emails, as well as providing live translations during meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate written documents, emails, and other materials from Chinese to English and vice versa
• Provide live translation support during meetings and conversations
• Support administrative tasks related to translation and coordination
• Assist with planning, reporting, and coordination of projects as needed

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 1–2 years of proven Chinese translation experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Fluency in both Chinese and English languages
• Prior experience in administrative, clerical, or project coordination roles is a plus
• Must be under 30 years old.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and enhancing the public image and reputation of the organization
• Develop and implement strategic communication plans to promote media coverage, brand awareness, and strong relationships with the public, media, and stakeholders
• Manage key opinion leaders (KOLs), write newsletters, respond to media inquiries, and monitor public opinion
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
• 1–3 years of experience in public relations, communications, or related roles
• Excellent writing, speaking, and storytelling skills
• Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Knowledge of media trends and PR strategies.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for reviewing original vouchers and signing for confirmation.
• Responsible for registering journals.
• Responsible for accounting on the accounting software platform (Quickbook).
• Regularly check accounts.
• Follow up to obtain various payment vouchers.
• Responsible for issuing financial related reports.

Job Requirements

• Education requirements: Interested candidates should a National Diploma (ND) and above with 1 - 2 years work experience. 
• Professional requirements: Finance, accounting and other related majors.
• Good work attitude, serious and responsible.
• Many years of accounting work experience, can use quickbook preferred.
• Those with professional qualification certificates are preferred.
