    Chief Financial Officer

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Drive the company's financial planning and investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
    • Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, coordination of statutory audits and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting & performance reviews on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
    • Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the farms.
    • Advising on long-term business and providing insight on data management for all farms (breeding & commercial) and all other operations such as feed mill, hatchery & slaughterhouse.
    • Perform risk management by analysing the organization's liabilities and investments. Provides insight function on procurement department with ultimate approval of all LPOS. Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies.
    • Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.
    • Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices Contribute to the development and amelioration of financial systems/models.
    • Manage tax accounting activities and tax audits to fulfil overall compliance in the area of direct and indirect taxation with internal and external resources and expert support. Ensure that all government returns such as corporate income tax, VAT returns etc. are duly prepared and submitted to the authorities.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 10 years of working experience with the last 5 years in a senior management position.
    • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any related field
    • Member, ICAN, ACCA, CPA or any other relevant professional accounting body Knowledge of IFRS is required.
    • An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
    • In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
    • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
    • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. ERP system, preferably NAVISION/Dynamics 365 Financials' and 'Setup' modules)
    • Ability to strategize and solve problems
    • Enjoy working in a multicultural team with a drive to continually improve processes and seek new challenges.
    • Previous "breeder poultry accounting" experience will be an added advantage.

    Technical Sales Executive

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate the sales and marketing of day-old chicks, vaccines, and other products as assigned by the management
    • Liaise with other field associates to encourage the sales of the products and update them on the latest information regarding the products.
    • Render technical assistance to product users/ clients.
    • To collect and process orders from coverage areas
    • Manage stocks level for reordering processes.
    • Facilitates invoicing and logistics for delivery of products.
    • Facilitate training and product awareness to clients.
    • Furnish the NSM and management with relevant market information.
    • Generation of reports on the sales and after-sales activities to the management.
    • Report directly to NSM and also liaise with the COO.
    • Perform any other assignment as may be directed by the management.

    Requirements

    • Educational Qualification: DVM
    • 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Sales Executive, Technical Sales Representative, or a similar position in the Sales department
    • Excellent understanding of product features and benefits 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Good time management and organizational skills 
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills 
    • Willingness to travel to different locations and work at flexible hours 
    • Good computer skills
    • Demonstrate a professional and approachable behaviour
    • Ability to offer excellent customer satisfaction.

    Quality Assurance Technican - Sagamu

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Carry out prompt quality Control activities cutting across in-process checks, results from the laboratory, try and inspection of final packaging quality of finished goods on daily basis.
    • Take charge of all production activity as regards quality and enforces good hygiene, GMP, and GLP during production.
    • Conduct final inspection and ensure that status labels are well placed on products and materials daily.
    • Involve in the full coverage of the entire manufacturing proc es by monitoring & controlling the quality of intermediate tests and the release of finished products.
    • Ensures that manufacturing batch records and Lot packaging records are filled adequately to ensure complete documentation.
    • Generate routine QA compliance reports and communicates all non-compliance observations and the corrective action taken in the reports as well.
    • Carry out the withdrawal of retained samples for storage to ensure representative retention of Products before the expiration of such ensures and ensure full inventory of retained samples with GMP expectations on documentation.
    • troubleshooting troubleshooting activities that may occur on production lines to ensure that the root cause is identified and solution found without compromising quality.
    • To ensure compliance with relevant QMS, Food Safety, & OHS policies and procedures.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of HND/BSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Food Science Technology
    • At least 3 of years work experience in a similar role.
    • Experience in QC from any edible oil producing company, or any packaging materials production company is preferred.
    • Relevant professional qualification (IPAN/ASQ) would be an added advantage
    • Excellent Quantitative analysis.
    • Computer expertise especially in MS Word,, S Excel and PowerPoint.
