    Cashier

    Job Summary

    • The Cashier is responsible for processing patient payments, managing cash,card and credit transactions, and providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors.

    Key Responsibilities
    Patient Payments:

    • Process patient payments, including cash, cards, and insurance claims.
    • Ensure accurate and timely posting of payments to patient accounts.

    Cash Handling:

    • Manage cash drawer, ensuring accurate counting and reconciliation of cash.
    • Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift.

    Customer Service:

    • Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
    • Respond to patient inquiries and concerns regarding billing and payments.

    Data Entry:

    • Accurately enter payment information into hospital systems.

    Cash and CardTransactions:

    • Process card transactions, ensuring accurate and secure processing.

    Reconciliation:

    • Reconcile cash and credit transactions at the end of each shift.

    Security and Compliance:

    • Follow hospital security protocols and compliance procedures.

    Requirements

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • 1-5 years of experience in cash handling or customer service.
    • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hospital software systems.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

    Work Environment:

    • Front office setting with frequent interaction with patients and visitors.
    • May require working evenings or weekends

    HMO / NHIS Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the entire billing process for health insurance claims, ensuring accurate and timely submission to insurance providers (HMOs).
    • Ensure proper documentation for insurance claims, including medical coding, billing codes, and patient information.
    • Resolve any discrepancies or issues with rejected claims, working closely with insurance companies and healthcare

    Compliance & Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions, claims, and payments.
    • Stay updated on changes in healthcare insurance Policies.

    Customer Service & Dispute Resolution:

    • Handle inquiries from insurance companies, patients, and other stakeholders regarding billing issues, claims status, and payments.
    • Work closely with the patient services department to resolve any billing-related concerns, ensuring a positive patient experience.
    • Resolve billing disputes and follow up on unpaid claims to ensure timely and accurate payments.
    • Prepare and process medical expressions and related documents.
    • Maintain accurate insurance records and ensure timely follow-ups.
    • Collaborate with departments and liaise with insurance companies effectively.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 1years of relevant experience.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

    Registered Nurse / Midwife

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for women during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum
    • Conduct prenatal and postnatal examinations
    • Provide education and support to women and their families on pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting
    • Take/Assist with deliveries and perform midwifery procedures as needed
