    Cashier

    Job Brief

    • We are looking for a Cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
    • Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and documented records
    • Receive inventory of all supplies and track each item as it enters and move out.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree in any relevant field.
    • Working experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales
    • Knowledge on inventory management using Excel

    Satellite TV installer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Install Satellite TV components per company and manufacturer standards.
    • Troubleshoot system faults and escalate where necessary.

    Corporate Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute strategies to complete sales targets and drive primary sales for tiles and other building materials.
    • Leverage excellent exposure to and relationships with top real estate project companies in Nigeria to secure new institutional business.
    • Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Nigerian building market products and key industry stakeholders.

    Network Installer

    Duties / Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with dispatch for daily appointments
    • Carry material and stage for installer at the customer's' premises.
    • Guide, coordinate and oversee fellow installers.
    • Assist with accessories and device collection from assigned stock pick up point as needed.
    • Assist with the completion of tasks within allotted time frame
    • Review paperwork with customers where needed.
    • Wear all identification, safety and courtesy equipment at all times.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a High School Diploma, trade school Diploma.
    • Degree in IT or Engineering (preferred)
    • 1-2 years Previous trade experience a plus
    • Strong troubleshooting abilities

    • Onboarding of new clients utilizing

    Information Systems Support Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Provide epic-level support to end users on a variety of IT desktop and IT operational-related issues.
    • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
    • Respond to telephone calls, emails, and requests for technical support.
    • Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution.
    • Work with applicable ticketing or work tracking systems (Incident Management Systems.
    • Manage ticket requests and follow up with users.
    • Receives and works escalated issues from other desktop staff and/or the manager.

    • Strong Application system skills, including productivity applications, & very good knowledge of IP Network.
    • Excellent business communication skills both verbal and written
    • 2 - 3 years directly related work experience in a technical helpdesk position supporting Windows 7, 8 & 10, Microsoft Office tools or open-source alternatives, and business applications in a business environment.
    • Experience providing superior customer service and support.
    • Experience working effectively in a team environment, communicating effectively, resolving issues efficiently, and contributing to the improvement of the infrastructure.
    • Proven knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP, SMTP, SNMP, VPNs, and security methodologies.
    • Thorough knowledge of voice and data communications techniques and technologies.
