JOB BRIEF

• We are currently looking for a qualified Restaurant Cashier to take customer orders and ensure all customers payments successful. The cashier will be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences.
• The candidate for the position will be responsible for ringing up sales, bagging items, requesting price checks, collecting payment, giving appropriate change, maintaining receipts, records, and withdrawals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Verify purchases and collect payments
• Ensure pricing is correct
• Issue change, receipts, or refunds
• Make sales referrals, cross-sell products, and introduce new ones
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
• Bag items carefully
• Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• Keep reports of transactions
• Process returns and check to see if items are damaged
• Answer customers' questions and get a manager if answer doesn't solve the issue
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of OND with 3 years’ experience as a Cashier in a restaurant or a similar industry
• Basic use of POS system
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety
• Patience and customer-oriented approach
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Marketing and sales skills

JOB BRIEF

• The candidate for the position will be responsible for presenting menus and serving food and beverages.
• The server will need to be quick on your feet and have a polite and friendly attitude.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare restaurant beam marine with special attention to sanitation and order
• Attend to customers upon approaching the service area
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
• Take and serve customers orders
• Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen staff
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
