    Call Centre Agent

    Responsibilities

    • Memorize scripts for products and services, and refer to them during calls
    • Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all questions and confirmations are handled appropriately
    • Identify opportunities for driving sales and revenue of the company’s existing product suite, and seize opportunities to upsell when appropriate
    • Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets for yourself and your team, and achieve all objectives for service, productivity, and quality
    • Create and maintain record of daily problems and remedial actions taken, using call-center database
    • Leverage data and insights gathered by the call center to recommend and influence process improvements

    HMO Underwriter

    Job Purpose

    • We seek to employ an HMO Underwriter whose core responsibilities includes processing / evaluating clients’ application for health insurance coverage by examining the applicant's medical history, advice on risk factors amongst others.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyse information on insurance applications
    • Determine the risk of insuring a client under our HMO unit
    • Contact field representatives, medical personnel and other team members to obtain further information
    • Advice whether to offer health insurance scheme to clients
    • Determine appropriate premiums and amount of coverage.
    • Screen applicants on the basis of set criteria
    • Evaluate recommendations from underwriting software

    Requirements

    • Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in Health Management courses.
    • Minimum of 2-3years post NYSC experience in relevant and related fields.
    • Attendance of related Courses/workshops/seminars etc.
    • Post Graduate Qualification in health Management or related field will be an added advantage.
    • ICT in Ms Excel, Ms word and field-specific software

    Medical Sales Rep

    Responsibilities:

    • Scheduling meetings with potential and existing customers, which includes doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals.
    • Presenting company products to potential and existing customers and persuading them to make purchases.
