    Process Engineer

    Responsibilities/Requirements

    • Develop Heat & Material Balances using simulation software.
    • Develop Process Flow diagrams to show unit operations necessary to convert feedstock into specification products, in the most economical manner
    • Define and size Equipment and Instrumentation to be implemented and issues relevant Process Data sheets
    • Elaborate Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
    • Define the utilities requirements and design the associated simulations and systems.
    • Define quantities and characteristics of effluents to be disposed to the environment
    • Ensure the preparation of Operating Manual and Test Run procedures.
    • Implement contractual design philosophy.
    • Check technical quality of calculations, deliverables produced by junior engineers.

    Qualification and Experience

    • A Mechanical/Chemical/Petroleum Engineering Degree with 5 years of experience and exposure to Process Design relevant to Oil & Gas activities.

    Procurement Section Leader / Vendor Management Specialist

    • Define/approve bidder list taking into account project and operating requirements, market knowledge and other possible internal needs.

    Structural Installation Superintendent

    Responsibilities/Requirements

    • For installation activities he is to ensure the achievement of the established cost, time, quality, health and safety objectives in order to meet the contractual obligations
    • Ensure that planning activities of installation are performed, liaising with other organizations and functions involved in the project execution

    Quality Control Coating & Painting Instructor

    • Training of Site personnel on issues of quality as it is relevant to Coating and Painting works
    • Check Quality Control Plans with reference to Coating and Painting activities
    • Awareness of Coating and Painting procedure and qualification, Check Coating and Painting qualification
    • Allocate and coordinate Coating and Painting QC Inspectors within the various areas of Site activities.
    • Check the availability and adequacy of consumables and equipment/instrumentation used for Coating and Painting execution and control.
    • Ensure that material and equipment are correctly received, stored, preserved and handled, identified and traceable
    • Supervise the Construction Quality Control functions/activities related to Coating and Painting disciplines, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records.
    • Evaluate the qualifications of inspection personnel in charge of works, verify work procedures, including those relating to special processes
    • Supervise and witness inspections, check reports and documentation issued by inspectors and collect the required Quality Records
    • Implement the inspection, control and test notification process (RFI)
    • Ensure that the tests, controls and inspections are carried out according to Quality Control Plans/Inspection Test Plans, obtain and collect the relevant documentation also for the purpose of approvals of completion, and that personnel have access to all required project documentation
    • Orderly collect and manage/check documents certifying test, controls and inspections documents, ensuring that all Coating and Painting records are properly retrievable within the final As-Built dossier.
    • Ensure, whenever necessary, the update of project Quality Control Plans and procedures
    • Ensure the preparation of the Quality coating and Painting works dossier for final hand over to the Client

    Qualification and Experience

    • A degree in Engineering with at least, 5 years working experience. NACE peer review certificate is required.

    Schedule/Risk Engineer

    • Create a risk surveillance awareness atmosphere among all projects participants, ensuring that risks and opportunities are carefully managed and reported in terms of impact and probability.
    • Assist the Project Manager in the application of the Risk and Opportunity and Knowledge Management Methodology ensuring appropriate strategies is planned well ahead of the problem occurrence reducing the incidence of surprises.
    • Perform risk analysis for highly different phases of the projects.
