SALARY: 150KGROSS

Key Responsibilities

• To fulfill and achieve distribution and sales objectives for key brands in the on-trade channel by successful implementation of sales strategies and plans
• To ensure full compliance of sales, price management, promotion and merchandising

Distribution

• To ensure distribution objectives for specific SKUs are achieved as per sales plan
• Focus on driving sales in neighborhood bars and pubs
• To ensure a high standard of presence and merchandising for key products in the trade
• To ensure target price levels for both trade and consumers are implemented

Promotions

• Identify target outlets, negotiate and implement promotional activities at the highest possible standard
• Feedback and evaluation of results for sales and marketing management’s review

Control

• To recommend appropriate level of credit and duration to trade accounts as per standard policies and procedures
• To ensure collection through pro-active evaluation and management of receivables in order to achieve collection target as set by sales management

Trade Relationships

• Develop and maintain amiable win-win relationship with key customers
• Manage and improve performance of assigned trade accounts

Sales Management

• To achieve the following core KPIs
• Brand sales target volume
• Provide timely and accurate information for the updating of Salesforce.com
• Evaluate outlet date, call targets and trade information on regular basis to drive improvement on sales efficiency

SALARY: 150,000K GROSS

 REQUIREMENTS

• 3 - 5 years’ experience as a Quality control officer and/or Laboratory analyst in soap production industry is a MUST.
• Minimum of OND or HND/B.Sc. in Pure and Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry and any other related field

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in identifying out-of-specification (OOS), changes and quality problems of products, materials and packaging.
• Assist in inspecting laboratory equipment.
• Assist to monitor manufacturing processes, according to validation schedules.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Collect data required for validation in line with the standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct daily in-process quality control (QC) inspections at production lines.
• Document and report sampling conditions, testing activities and results.
• Inspect in-coming and out-going products according to shipping policies.
• Ensure and investigate hygiene standards and non-compliance to quality standards.
• Maintain accuracy of QC data records and reporting.
• Perform tests on finished products and ensure they follow food safety and other requirements.
• Prepare samples, standards and solutions.
• Record results of audits and gather information for management reports.
• Review and confirm supplier raw material records and results.

Job Title: Inventory Clerk

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Salary

• N45,000 / Month (Net)
• HMO + Pension + 13th Month

Responsibilities

• Retrieving filed waybills from the archive to enable Inbound Delivery Process Officer (I.D.P.O) to sort out customer complaints.
• Receiving consumables and stationery from vendor.
• Issuance of dispatch notes and stationery to Ogba and Illishan site.
• Filing of documents from Fulls and Empties Warehouse.
• Weekly report on Safety Improvement Report Card (S.I.R.C) from all contractors on site.
• Issuance of transporter copy of waybills to all transporters on site.
• Detachment of waybills to enable Proof Of Delivery Officer (P.O.D) to upload on System Analysis Program Development (S.A.P)
• Retrieval and scanning of waybills to the Finance team for clarity purposes.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years experience.
