    Accountant

    An accountant manages and maintains an organization\'s financial records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and fiscal health. They are responsible for recording transactions, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and assisting with tax preparation and audits. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Financial Reporting: Prepare and publish accurate balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow forecasts.
    • Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements to resolve discrepancies.
    • Compliance & Auditing: Ensure all transactions comply with relevant accounting standards (e.g., GAAP or IFRS) and government regulations.
    • Tax Management: Compute taxes, prepare tax returns, and assist in tax planning.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Education: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field.
    • Certifications: Professional credentials like Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) are highly preferred.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Sage) and advanced spreadsheet functions.

    Procurement Manager

    A Procurement Manager leads a company’s sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain operations. They evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and acquire goods and services at the best possible value. Their goal is to reduce costs while preventing supply chain disruptions and maintaining quality standards. 

    Core Responsibilities

    • Sourcing & Strategy: Develop and execute long-term procurement strategies that align with business goals and budget requirements. 
    • Vendor Management: Identify reliable suppliers, conduct facility visits, build lasting relationships, and regularly review vendor performance. 
    • Negotiation & Contracts: Secure optimal pricing, delivery terms, and service-level agreements. Draft, review, and manage contracts to minimize risk. 

    Key Requirements & Skills

    • Experience: Typically requires 5–10 years in procurement, supply chain management, or a senior sourcing role.
    • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field. Certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or from CIPS are a major plus.
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, track costs, and accurately forecast supply needs.
    • Business Acumen: High-level negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Tech Proficiency: Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced spreadsheet analysis tools

    Restaurant Managers

    A restaurant manager oversees daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure efficient, profitable, and high-quality service. Core duties include staff scheduling, inventory control, budget management, compliance with health and safety standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
