Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting our Fiber Engineers to different job location within Lagos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive assigned vehicles in a safe and professional manner
• Ensure timely pickups of Engineers to their different job location
• Maintain cleanliness and regular servicing of the vehicle
• Follow all traffic laws and company regulations
• Work on weekends and public holidays as needed

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proven driving experience (at least 3 years preferred)
• Familiarity with Lagos routes
• Good communication skills and punctuality
• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays

Note: Candidate must reside close to the location of the office

Job Brief:

We are seeking a skilled Fibre Optic Engineer to install, test, maintain, and repair fibre optic networks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with fibre optic splicing, troubleshooting, and working on various installation projects and enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of fiber optic engineers and technicians
• Plan, design, and review fiber optic network layouts, including FTTx, backbone, and splicing schematics
• Engage in installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fiber optic systems
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budget adherence
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Prepare documentation, reports, and technical specifications
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and industry best practices
• Provide support during service outrage or network expansion

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in fiber optic engineering
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic design tools, splicing techniques, OTDR, and power meter testing
• Understanding of FTTx architecture, GPON, DWDM, and OSP/ISP fiber builds
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
