    Card Order Management Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure manufacturing of cards according to the appropriate order.
    • Must verify all job orders and ensure it is properly requested before giving a go ahead to the team to commence operations.
    • In charge of materials, Module, Card body and consumable requests from the vault
    • Work with the QC team to ensure that all required materials for the order are available and in good condition before commencement
    • Ensure that the Machines operator, QC Personnel and Packaging Staff carry out the required tasks appropriately
    • Ensure regular maintenance is carried out on the machines by the Plant Engineers.
    • Ensure strict adherence to the Quality Control Procedures.
    • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reports are sent to the production manager for all cardman activities
    • Full compliance with the Standard Operating Procedure and Information Security Policy.
    • Ensure all Electronic Payplus Limited’s resources in your possession are properly taken care of.
    • Handles all Administrative duties of the card-manufacturing unit and must ensure that the card request and delivery forms are filed appropriately in the right locations.

    Qualification and Experience

    • HND / B.Sc in Mathematics / Statistic.
    • Most have worked in a similar environment or have worked within the personalization environment for at least 5 Years

    Milling & Embedding Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Must receive the Job order from Supervisor or the Assistant manager CARDMAN before commencement of operation
    • Ensure setting up of the machine according to the manufacturing and process parameters documented in the work and process descriptions.
    • Ensure that all required consumables are available before job commencement.
    • Ensure that the right card bodies and Modules are supplied for the operation.
    • The machine must be properly prepared for the order by mounting the right module, adhesive Glue tape etc.
    • The production log book must be filled appropriately with the job ID, Client name, Card type, etc before commencement
    • Proper care and control MUST be taken to ensure that every stage of the production line is well observed and monitored to forestall any mishap or inappropriate production output
    • Ensure that the QC officer gives a go ahead before proceeding with volume production run of the live order
    • Responsible for the production quality of the operation and must improve, control and analyze these processes and look for continuous improvement process and understanding of complex technical processes.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of ND in Engineering / Sciences
    • Must have worked in a similar environment or have been trained and worked within the Milling & Embedding environment for at least 6 months.

    Cost and Management Accountant

    Summary

    • To present complete, accurate and timely financial records of the business in line with regulated reporting standards for both internal and external users.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare management account for CFO’s review by 3rd working day of the following month
    • Negotiate vendors’ quotes to reduce cost.
    • Prepare monthly Stock valuation report.
    • Manage fixed asset report and present asset report last working day of every month.
    • Review daily transaction posting and raise necessary adjustments.
    • Review Payroll and statutory remittance schedule 2 days upon receipt from HRA.
    • Vet all bank charges and income for accuracy second working day of a new month.
    • Drive monthly bank reconciliation and review bank reconciliation statement 3rd working day of a new month.
    • Review & Submit accurate and complete bank balances report to MD and HOD daily.
    • Internal check of approval memos, cash advance and cash retirement forms for proper authorization, arithmetic accuracy, validate and ensure all expenses are wholly, necessarily and exclusively incurred for the purpose of the business.
    • Handle loan financing activities for the company.
    • Relate with external auditors on financial audit.
    • Prepare board financials for CFO’s review
    • Carry out cost & budgetary control function.
    • Preparation of company annual budget for review by the CFO.
    • Attendance of departmental quality meetings and technical meetings.
    • Review ledger balances to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Develops cost card templates for pricing and performs periodic reviews to ensure appropriateness.
    • Handle Ativo Ltd’s financials and reporting
    • Closure of audit non-conformity within stipulated time.
    • Compliance with ISP policies (clear desk policy, screen lock etc).

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree in Accounting, with at least 10 years relevant work experience.

    Professional Qualification;

    • ACA/ACCA/MBA.
