    Calibration Technician

    Summary

    • Provides expert-level diagnostics, repair, calibration, and testing of fuel injection systems for diesel generators and heavy-duty engines.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct injector testing and calibration using approved diagnostic tools.
    • Perform precision repairs and replacements.
    • Maintain injector workshop equipment.
    • Ensure compliance with OEM technical tolerances
    • Support technical investigations on recurring failures

    Requirements

    • Technical Diploma or Engineering qualification in Mechanical/Automotive field.
    • Specialized knowledge of diesel injection systems.
    • Hands-on calibration expertise.
    • 3-5 years diesel engine experience.
    • Strong attention to detail.

    Electrical Engineer

    Summary

    • To achieve maximum performance within assigned period by putting in your best to ensure that targets are met and required reports are made on time.
    • To make sure Gen-sets wired are done in accordance to company standard.

    Responsibilities

    • To be able to customize panel, to provide service for an automation metal structure.
    • To be able to assemble according to the customer’s specific requirements.
    • Drilling the required place as marked.
    • Wring the component according to the wiring diagram.
    • Fix of the other accessories e.g. contactor, cables, digital meter, indicator lamps, copper etc.
    • To be able to identify the type of BREAKERS to be used in each panel.
    • Making the layout of the mounting plate that is arranging the components in a rightful/ correct position.
    • Building, repairs, maintenance, drawings of customer’s panel designs.

    Requirements

    • Trade Test / ND / HND / BSc in Electrical Engineering or any related field.
    • 3 - 5 years’ of experience in panels & synchronization, installation and maintenance of generator set
    • Minimum of 3 years’ in generator company.
    • Good oral and written communication skills.
    • Team player, good sight.
    • Good reporting and presentation skill.

    Generator Mechanical Engineer

    Job Summary

    • Generator Mechanic Engineer is responsible for the mechanical installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diesel generators ranging from 20kVA or higher, ensures reliable generator performance, fuel efficiency, and minimal downtime.

    Responsibilities

    • Service diesel generators (20kVA–500kVA) in line with OEM standards.
    • Carry out routine preventive and corrective maintenance.
    • Diagnose and repair mechanical faults on diesel engines.
    • Service fuel systems, cooling systems, lubrication systems, and exhaust systems.
    • Overhaul engines, replace worn components, and carry out alignments.
    • Support load testing and commissioning activities.
    • Maintain accurate service records and job reports.
    • Comply with HSE standards and company safety procedures.
    • Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns.
    • Work closely with electrical engineers and other field technicians

    Requirements

    • Trade Test Certificate, OND, or BSc/HND in Mechanical Engineering, or professional certification is an advantage with 3-5 years’ experience in servicing and troubleshooting in Gen-Sets Production.
    • Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience with diesel generators (20kVA–500kVA).
    • Strong knowledge of diesel engines and generator mechanical systems.
    • Ability to troubleshoot fuel, cooling, oil pressure, and overheating issues.
    • Experience with engine overhauls and preventive maintenance.
    • Ability to read basic mechanical manuals and service instructions.
