    Business Manager (Interior Design)

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Planning and Execution

    • Develop and implement business strategies to meet the company's goals and objectives.
    • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s market share.
    • Oversee project pipelines and ensure efficient scheduling and resource allocation.

    Operations Management

    • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination between design, procurement, and execution teams.

    Client Relationship Management

    Experience

    • Proven experience (5+ years) in business management, preferably in the interior design, construction, or creative industry.
    • Demonstrated success in client acquisition, project delivery, and team leadership.

    Key Responsibilities

    Vendor Management

    • Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors specializing in interior materials and furnishings.
    • Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors.

    Material Sourcing

    • Source high-quality materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes that meet the design specifications and project requirements.
    • Ensure the selection of sustainable and eco-friendly materials, where applicable.

    Budget Management

    • Manage the procurement budget for each project, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.

    Inventory Management

    Key Requirements

    Educational Background

    Industry-Specific Knowledge

    • In-depth knowledge of interior design materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes.
    • Familiarity with the interior architectural design process and project requirements.

    Experience

    • Proven experience as a Procurement Manager, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.

    • Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with suppliers.

    Customer Service Assistant

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Attending to customer queries and questions in a timely and professional manner across Instagram and WhatsApp.
    • Attending to walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner.

    • We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Developer with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
