    Business Development Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to grow the company's MEP business.
    • This includes identifying and qualifying new customers, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals.
    • The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for managing the company's sales pipeline and tracking sales performance.

    Responsibilities:
    Market Research:

    • BDM will conduct extensive market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and market segments.
    • They analyze competitors, industry dynamics, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

    Business Opportunity Identification:

    • BDM will actively seek out new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and building relationships with potential clients.
    • They identify potential leads, evaluate their viability, and develop strategies to convert them into successful business deals.

    Strategic Planning:

    • BDM will develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth. They collaborate with the senior management team to set growth objectives, define target markets, and devise effective strategies to achieve business goals.

    Partnership Development:

    • BDM will establish and maintain strategic partnerships with other companies, vendors, suppliers, and industry associations.
    • They negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, explore collaborative opportunities, and leverage these relationships to enhance the company's competitive advantage.

    Proposal Development:

    • BDM will be responsible for developing proposals and pitching the company's products or services to potential clients.
    • They create compelling presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and prepare comprehensive business proposals tailored to meet the client's needs.

    Relationship Management:

    • BDM will build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
    • They engage with clients regularly, address their concerns, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.

    Financial Analysis:

    • BDM will assess the financial viability and profitability of potential business opportunities.
    • They conduct financial analysis, evaluate the return on investment (ROI), and develop business cases to support decision-making.

    Team Collaboration:

    • BDM will work closely with cross-functional teams within the organization, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
    • 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the MEP industry
    • Strong understanding of the MEP industry
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to meet and exceed sales goals

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in business or a related field will be a plus
    • 6+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the MEP industry
    • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
    • Experience in working with a variety of stakeholders
    • Experience in closing complex deals

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and project management support to our executive.
    • The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, preparing reports, conducting research, and providing other administrative support as needed.

    Responsibilities

    • Managing the Executive's Schedule: An Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments. This includes ensuring the executive is prepared for meetings, providing meeting materials, and managing any schedule changes.
    • Handling Communications: An Executive Assistant serves as the first point of contact for the executive and is responsible for handling all communications. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, and drafting correspondence on behalf of the executive.
    • Conducting Research and Preparing Reports: An Executive Assistant is responsible for conducting research and preparing reports as needed. This includes analyzing data, creating presentations, and compiling information.
    • Managing Travel Arrangements: An Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the executive's travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment preferred.
