    Business Development Manager

    Job Description

    • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
    • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
    • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
    • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
    • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
    • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
    • Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Minimum of 5 years working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
    • Proven sales track record
    • Effective communication skill.

    Operations Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Source, screen, and recruit qualified drivers based on client requirements.
    • Conduct background checks, license verifications, and ensure all necessary documentation is in place.
    • Coordinate driver onboarding, training, and orientation programs.
    • Assign and deploy drivers to client locations as per service agreements.
    • Monitor driver performance and ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
    • Track driver schedules, attendance, and ensure timely replacements when necessary.
    • Address any operational challenges, including driver complaints or incidents.
    • Maintain accurate records of driver assignments, payroll, and contract renewals.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding driver-related services.
    • Ensure client requirements are met by providing well-trained and reliable drivers.
    • Handle client concerns, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
    • Maintain strong relationships with both drivers and clients to ensure seamless operations.
    • Keep records of licenses, insurance, and certifications for compliance purposes.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on driver performance, operations, and challenges.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience as an operation officer
    • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work effectively.
