Job Description

• We are currently seeking a strategic and result-oriented Business Developer to drive our growth and expand our market presence.
• The Business Developer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and increasing company revenue.
• The ideal candidate must be a proactive "hunter" with a deep understanding of the security industry and a proven ability to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business leads across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while onboarding new ones.
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure tailored security solutions meet client requirements.
• Represent the company at networking events, seminars, and trade exhibitions.

Requirements

• HND / BSc Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (experience in the security industry is highly preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and develop creative business solutions.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
