Job Description

• We are seeking a competent and hands-on Building Engineer to supervise our building projects and property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise building construction from foundation to finishing
• Interpret and execute structural/architectural drawings
• Manage artisans, contractors and site workers for quality delivery
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
• Prepare material schedules, measurements and cost estimates
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and quality control
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly
• Handle property maintenance and renovation for managed estates
• Prepare weekly site progress reports for Management

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc in Building Technology, Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in building construction supervision
• Proficient in interpreting drawings and use of AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of building materials, costing and finishing
• Experience in residential and commercial projects
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• CORBON/NIOB registration is an added advantage
• Must reside within Lagos

Description

• Intelligence Properties is a growing real estate firm based in Ikeja GRA, Lagos. We are seeking a reliable, disciplined, and experienced Professional Driver to join our Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely convey staff, clients, and documents to assigned locations
• Conduct property inspections and site visits with sales team
• Maintain assigned vehicle in clean, roadworthy condition
• Perform daily checks: oil, water, brake, tyres, fuel
• Keep accurate vehicle logbook – mileage, fuel, maintenance
• Ensure full compliance with Lagos traffic laws
• Support front desk/admin with official errands

Requirements

• Must have 3 - 5 years proven experience as corporate/company driver
• Valid Nigerian Driver’s License (Class D/E)
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes
• LASDRI certification is an added advantage
• No criminal record, no history of reckless driving
• Neat, punctual, respectful and customer-friendly
• Ability to read/write and use Google Maps
• Must reside within Ikeja, Ogba, Maryland, Yaba or nearby
• Age: 28 – 45 years
