    Brand Management Intern

    Role Summary

    • The Brand Management Intern will support the Brand Management team in the planning, coordination, and execution of brand initiatives and client projects.
    • This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in brand management, client servicing, marketing, and communications.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the execution of brand campaigns and marketing initiatives.
    • Assist in coordinating projects across internal teams and external partners.
    • Monitor project timelines and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables.
    • Support the preparation of client reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
    • Assist with market research and gathering relevant industry insights.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
    • Support the management of client relationships through effective communication and coordination.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Must have completed NYSC.
    • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Brand Strategist

    Role Summary

    • The Brand Strategist will lead the development of brand positioning, campaign strategy, and audience-driven insights that help clients achieve their business objectives.
    • The role requires a strategic thinker who can translate research and business goals into compelling brand narratives and integrated marketing campaigns.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop brand positioning strategies, messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives
    • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market intelligence to inform brand direction
    • Translate business objectives into actionable creative and media briefs
    • Lead brand discovery sessions and strategy workshops with clients and stakeholders
    • Collaborate with creative, media, and client service teams to develop and execute campaigns
    • Review campaign deliverables to ensure alignment with brand strategy and objectives
    • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities
    • Present strategic recommendations, insights, and briefs to clients
    • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and build strong client relationships.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass communications or a related field
    • 3 - 4 years’ experience in Brand Strategy, Marketing Strategy, or a similar role within a creative, branding, or media agency
    • Proven experience developing strategy for multi-channel marketing campaigns
    • Strong research, analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills
    • Experience working collaboratively with creative, media, and client-facing teams.
