    • We’re now seeking a Brand & Communications Specialist to elevate Brint’s presence — telling our story in a way that feels premium, heartfelt, and unforgettable.
    • This person will lead brand storytelling, content strategy, and communication across all channels, including the founder’s personal brand.

    Role Summary

    • The Brand & Communications Specialist will own Brint’s public image — ensuring the brand looks, sounds, and feels consistent and world-class.
    • They will translate Brint’s values and impact into strategic content, campaigns, and visibility initiatives that attract students, parents, partners, and press attention globally.
    • This person must be both creative and strategic — someone who can think like a marketer but feel like a storyteller.

    Key Responsibilities
    Brand Development & Strategy:

    • Define, document, and strengthen the Brint brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
    • Ensure the brand feels premium yet relatable — consistent in message and emotion.
    • Work closely with the Founder to align Brint’s brand story with her personal brand for seamless storytelling.
    • Develop monthly brand campaigns that highlight Brint’s culture, wins, and learner impact.

    Communications & PR:

    • Craft press releases, media kits, and brand stories for PR features and partnerships.
    • Manage relationships with media houses, influencers, and brand collaborators.
    • Identify opportunities for speaking engagements, podcasts, and awards for the Founder and the school.

    Digital & Content Oversight:

    • Supervise all brand-related content across Instagram, LinkedIn, website, podcast, and events.
    • Write or guide strong copy that connects emotionally — captions, newsletters, ads, and website updates.
    • Lead the creative team (graphic designers, videographers, content creators) to ensure all visuals reflect Brint’s essence.
    • Monitor engagement and analytics to refine tone, reach, and brand performance.

    Campaigns & Growth:

    • Plan and execute visibility campaigns that position Brint as a global education leader.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure consistent messaging from marketing to customer experience.
    • Manage content calendars, storytelling series (like the Founder’s 30s Leadership Diary), and media rollouts.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Media, or related fields.
    • 3 - 6 years of experience in branding, communications, or PR (experience with education or lifestyle brands is a plus).
    • Strong storytelling, writing, and brand strategy skills.
    • Ability to manage creative teams and bring structure to ideas.
    • Deep understanding of social media storytelling, visual consistency, and digital engagement.
    • Bonus: Experience managing a founder or public figure’s personal brand.

    Who You Are:

    • You don’t just “post” — you build emotion.
    • You understand that brand is a feeling, not just a logo.
    • You’re proactive, creative, organized, and driven by excellence.
    • You can see the Founder’s vision and translate it into words, visuals, and campaigns that feel alive.
    • You believe in the power of storytelling to change perception and create legacy.

N200,000 / month (depending on experience).

    Why Join Brint:

    • Shape the voice of one of Africa’s fastest-growing online education brands.
